Privacy policy
Last updated November 8, 2026
Fewline is operated by Fewline AI ("Fewline", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit fewline.ai or use Fewline's assistant, creative studio, automations and connections, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. Fewline is in private beta; when the product changes in a way that affects this policy, we update it and the date above.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run Fewline and keep it secure.
- Account details. Your name, email address and password, which we store only as a hash. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them.
- Your content. The prompts and messages you send; the files, pictures, video and audio you upload; what Fewline makes for you; your chats; the assistant's instructions, notes and memory; and the agents, automations, skills, commands and settings you create.
- Faces and voices. Some tools, such as Face Swap, Character Swap, AI Influencer and Voice Change, work on photos of people or recordings of voices. See Faces and voices below.
- Connected apps. When you connect Slack, Telegram or another app through MCP, what is needed to work with it: names of workspaces, channels, groups and people, the messages sent to Fewline there, and access tokens. Keys and tokens you save as Secrets are encrypted and never shown again.
- Computers. When an agent uses a cloud computer, the commands it runs, the files it works on and the pages it visits are processed on that computer to do the task.
- Usage and sign-in information. The features you use, the runs you start and the credits they cost; and for each sign-in, the time, browser, device, IP address and an approximate location derived from it, which you can see in Settings → Account.
- Messages to us. What you send when you email support or join the wishlist.
We don't take payments during the beta, so we hold no card or bank details.
Faces and voices
A photo or recording you add to a tool is sent to the model that runs that tool, only to produce the result you asked for, and is kept as a file in your Library like any other upload until you delete it. Fewline does not build face or voice templates to identify or recognise anyone, and does not use faces or voices for any other purpose. Only add pictures or recordings of people who have agreed to it, as our terms require.
Google user data
If you choose Continue with Google, Fewline uses Google Sign-In and asks only for your basic profile:
- What we receive: your name, email address and profile picture, and a Google account identifier (the "openid", "email" and "profile" permissions). We do not ask for access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google data.
- How we use it: only to create your Fewline account, sign you in, link sign-ins that use the same email address, and show your name and picture in the app.
- How we share it: we don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. It is processed only by the infrastructure providers that host Fewline, to run the Service, or disclosed where the law requires it.
- How we store and delete it: it is stored with your account on encrypted connections and kept while your account is open. Close your account by emailing [email protected] and it is deleted within 30 days. You can also remove Fewline's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page.
Fewline's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use it
- To provide Fewline: answer your messages, generate what you ask for, run your automations, act in the apps you connect, and keep your work.
- To show prices and keep track of credits.
- To keep accounts secure, for example by emailing you when there is a new sign-in, and to detect and stop abuse.
- To fix problems, answer support requests and improve the product, using usage information rather than the content of your work.
- If you join the wishlist, to tell you when plans and credits go on sale.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your content to train AI models, our own or anyone else's. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.
Legal bases (EU, EEA and UK)
- Providing Fewline (your account, content, runs, automations and connections): performance of our contract with you.
- Security, abuse prevention and improving the product: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working service.
- Wishlist emails and any optional cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Keeping records the law requires: compliance with legal obligations.
Who processes it for us
We share personal information only as needed to run Fewline, with providers who process it on our behalf under terms that limit what they may do with it:
- AI model providers, which run the model behind each request: language models for the assistant, and image, video, voice, transcription and upscaling models for the studio. Your prompt and the files it uses are sent to the provider of the model you or Fewline picked. They may keep it for a limited time under their own terms, for example to detect abuse.
- Web tools the assistant uses to search and read pages. They receive the search or the address, not your account.
- Cloud computer providers that run the computers agents use.
- Infrastructure providers for hosting, and Cloudflare for network security, delivery and file storage.
We can give you the current list of these providers on request at [email protected].
We also share information:
- with apps you connect, such as Slack or Telegram, when the assistant replies or acts there for you;
- with anyone who has a public link you create to a file or artifact, until you make it private again;
- with authorities, when the law requires it or to protect people from harm; and
- with a buyer or successor if Fewline AI is ever merged, acquired or sold, under this policy.
Slack and Telegram
When you connect Fewline to Slack or Telegram, it reads only what is sent to it there: messages that mention it, reply to it or are sent to it directly, and the files in them. It keeps who asked, what they asked and its answer in your account, and deletes them when you disconnect or delete those chats. People in a group or channel can ask it questions, but they don't see your other chats, notes or files unless you choose to share them there.
How long we keep it
- Your content stays in your account until you delete it. What you delete is removed from your account straight away and from our active systems within 30 days.
- Account details, settings and sign-in history are kept while your account is open.
- When you ask us to close your account, we delete your information within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
- Wishlist emails are kept until payments open or you ask us to remove you.
Your choices and rights
You can see, change and delete most of your information in Fewline itself: delete chats and files, edit or clear the assistant's memory, disconnect apps, make shared links private, and keep folders private from your agents. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access your information, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to some uses, and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, or to close your account, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed, and keys and tokens you save are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run Fewline. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you without undue delay.
Cookies
We use a few cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings, as listed in our cookie policy. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can change your choices at any time with "Manage cookies" in the site footer.
International transfers
Fewline and its providers process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
Fewline is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger; if we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe a child is using Fewline, tell us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in Fewline at least 30 days before it takes effect.
