Terms of service
Last updated November 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fewline AI ("Fewline", "we", "us") and apply when you use fewline.ai, Fewline's apps and integrations, and the services we provide through them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Fewline for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Private beta
Fewline is in private beta. Features may change, break or be removed, the Service may be interrupted, and we may end the beta. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but we don't promise any level of availability during the beta.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding agreement, to use Fewline.
- Give accurate details, keep your password and sign-in methods secure, and don't share your account.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by agents, automations and connected apps you set up.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
3. The Service
Fewline is an AI assistant with a creative studio. It can answer questions, research, write documents, make pictures, video and audio, run automations on a schedule, use cloud computers, and act in apps you connect, such as Slack and Telegram. Fewline runs these requests on AI models from third-party providers, and which models are offered may change. Some features may be available only on certain plans once plans are on sale.
4. Credits
- Runs on Fewline are paid for with credits. Each tool shows its price before you start a run, and a run that fails or is stopped is not charged for what it didn't do.
- Plans and credits can't be bought during the beta; you can join the wishlist to hear when they can. Terms for paid plans will be added here before anything is sold.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged, and may change or end with the beta. We may correct credits granted or charged by mistake.
5. Your content and outputs
- You own your content. You keep all rights to what you put into Fewline ("Input"). As between you and us, you also own what Fewline makes for you ("Output"), to the extent the law allows it to be owned, and you may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
- The permission you give us. You give us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit your Input and Output, including sending it to the providers that run your requests, only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where you have shared it by public link or the law requires us to keep it.
- No training. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models.
- Outputs aren't unique. Other users may receive similar Output, and the law may not protect AI Output with copyright. You are responsible for making sure your use of Output doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
- You confirm you have all the rights, licences and permissions needed for the Input you provide.
6. Real people, faces and voices
- Only upload a photo, video or recording of a real person, or ask for their likeness or voice, if you have their permission, or the law otherwise allows it.
- Don't make realistic content that shows a real person saying or doing something they didn't, in a way meant to deceive, embarrass or harm them.
- Where the law requires it, disclose that content is AI-generated, and don't remove watermarks or other provenance signals that identify it as AI-generated.
- Don't use Fewline to identify, recognise or track people from their face or voice.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Fewline to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- create, request or share sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic, under any circumstances;
- make intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent;
- harass, threaten, defame, defraud or impersonate anyone, or promote violence, self-harm or hatred against a group;
- make spam, scams, malware, or content intended to mislead people about elections or public safety;
- get around the safety filters of Fewline or of the model providers, or break those providers' usage policies;
- use cloud computers to attack, scan or break into systems, mine cryptocurrency, or host or proxy traffic;
- disrupt or overload the Service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, resell it, or get around its limits or security; or
- use Output to develop models that compete with Fewline.
We may remove content and limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. When the assistant acts for you
Fewline can take actions on your instructions: send messages in apps you connect, run automations, change files, browse the web and run commands on cloud computers. Your Permissions settings decide which actions need your OK. You are responsible for the actions you approve, the automations you set up, and the permissions you grant. AI models can be misled by instructions hidden in web pages, files or messages ("prompt injection"); review what an action will do before you allow it, especially when it sends, deletes or spends.
9. AI output and sensitive uses
AI makes mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or offensive, and it is not professional advice. Check it before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions. Fewline is a general-purpose service and is not designed for protected health information or other regulated data; don't use it for that, and we don't sign business associate or similar agreements.
10. Third-party services
Fewline works with services we don't control, including AI model providers, Slack, Telegram, MCP servers you add, and websites the assistant visits. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them. When you connect an app, you allow Fewline to access it as needed to do what you ask.
11. Reporting content
To report content made with Fewline that infringes your copyright or other rights, or an intimate image of you shared without your consent, email [email protected] with the subject "Report", a link to or description of the content, and how to contact you. For copyright, include the work you own and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised. We review reports promptly, remove content where appropriate, and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Public links
You can make a file or artifact public. Anyone with its link can then see it until you make it private again. You are responsible for what you share, and these terms apply to it.
13. Our property and feedback
Fewline, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to Fewline AI and its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to copy or reuse any part of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
14. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Fewline at any time and ask us to close your account at [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms, puts Fewline, its providers or other people at risk, or if the law requires it; where reasonable, we will tell you why. We may also end the beta for everyone. When an account is closed, its content is deleted within 30 days. Sections 5, 9 and 13 to 20 continue to apply after these terms end.
15. Disclaimers
The Service and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fewline AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and compensate Fewline AI against claims, losses and costs arising from your Input, your use of Output, or your breach of these terms or of anyone's rights.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Minor changes take effect when posted. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in Fewline at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Fewline after that, you accept the new terms; if you don't accept them, stop using Fewline and ask us to close your account.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including any right to bring claims in your local courts.
20. General
These terms, with our privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor of Fewline AI. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of AI model providers.
